Time warps happen

So we have been open since the first of May. With two days of Rendezvous before that. So eight “business days”

In the beginning…
The sweet alyssum smelled SO GOOD!!!
Dahlias are blooming
Joy made not one, but 2 huckleberry cheesecakes for Easter. All by herself this time!
I saved one clematis. Was for me. But then for mom for Mother’s Day, but I think she might give it to my sister, which is also fine. Needs to go to somebody I love!
Made two huge onion rows. 700 onions planted
Went light on greenhouse plants for sale this year so I can get a handle on the garden. Got my radishes,
potatoes, peas and carrots in the ground!
The lettuces I planted in the greenhouse are delicious and pretty! This is oddly a Landis winter lettuce. Which with how hot it has been in the greenhouse, that’s really not the variety I should’ve done. But I thought they were going outside when I seeded them! Experiments galore!
The China jade cucumbers that I am oh so excited for.
Kept the blueberry plants in the greenhouse to leaf out. And my oh my! I have a lot of blueberries! (This is new for me! I think I’ve grown a total of two blueberries prior)
I ordered 36 of these Gold Nugget sempervivums. I’m planting some so they will spread and I can have more to sell next year!

And now. After being open 8 (eight!) business days. This is my petunia stock. I actually moved them to the other greenhouse.

Now. That’s not to say I don’t have plants! I am just very low on petunias. And although I am not making another plant order this year, I do have plenty of plants I need to bring down from my home greenhouse.

I have a number of different peppers, mostly sweet peppers. Heirloom or open pollinated varieties that you can save seed from. In Roots Organics Green Fields soil. With these lovely perennial pots that are hardy as heck and will either last you multiple years, or you can bring them back and I will reuse them! I might get out some of my jiffy pots too. They work well and less plastic waste.

I have snapdragons to bring, sweet peas, beautiful varieties of sunflower starts, I will have raspberry and strawberry plants, and a myriad of different perennials still to pot up. I have this tutti fruity yarrow that I really want to be able to point people to when they ask about deer resistant varieties.

I also have eggplant starts. An Antigua variety and a long purple variety.

In the greenhouse already, I have jasmine plants, they aren’t hardy, but their blooms are divine and they might work as a houseplant.

I am out of tomato plants! And I planted 186 of them! Next year I will start later ones so I have more.

I still have 3 types of basil, parsley, oregano, peppermint, orange mint, lemon verbena, lemon balm, thyme, and lemon thyme.

I have a bunch of succulents and a few different houseplants.

I have zucchino rampicante, butternut, and pumpkins available soon.

I have loads of hops vines, some lilies, foxglove, gaillardia, Columbine, Ivy, creeping Jenny, strawberries, bee balm, silver mound artemisia, echinacea, a BUNCH of irises (lovely colors) some cute little peach lewisia, sedum and stonecrop. Phew! Probably more I’m not thinking of, but I wanted to get a list on here. Even if it’s just for my sake.

I’m going to go drink my coffee now. Haha.

Happy gardening!
